RAWS Jrs. is a five-month program in which students participate in first-hand learning about health disparities through excursions and trainings.

In this program, students will make new friends, learn new skills, and have many experiences. RAWS Jrs. is the student-led cohort of Raising Awareness with Students where we structure our events, meetings, and lessons with our kids in mind. We attend field trips and trainings to discuss health related issues affecting our society and communities.

RAWS Jrs. is open to all students 11-17 years of age. Students are expected to attend weekly Saturday trainings to maintain membership and receive priority on opportunities for educational activities and trips at the end of each month.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and programming runs from the end of July to November.
