Founder & Executive director
Kady serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Raising Awareness with Students and holds membership in the Detroit Rotary Club. A Michigan State University alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Community Governance and Advocacy, complemented by a cognate in Political Science. Dariana Mallett
President, RAWS Jrs.
Dariana is a graduate of The School at Marygrove and President of RAWS Jrs., a student-led summer cohort program within Raising Awareness with Students (RAWS). Designed to empower young leaders, RAWS Jrs. provides participants with opportunities to make a tangible impact within their communities. The program focuses on hands-on projects, leadership development activities, and mentorship opportunities, fostering personal growth and community involvement. Through RAWS Jrs., students engage in initiatives aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle and gain valuable skills that contribute to their overall well-being.
